Another thing that sets our company apart from other wholesalers is that we do not "cherry-pick" the most profitable deals from our inventory while only selling the less desirable deals to our investors.  Every single deal we put under contract is made available to our investor network.  Our specialty is finding, analyzing, and negotiating deals for our investors, not for ourselves.  Our investors do not have to worry about competing on our deals with us, only with other investors.  There is no bidding or auctioneering process on any of our properties.  Each deal is priced to sell to the first investor to sign the contract and provide the down payment for the property.
