Both Ryan and Howard started off their real estate career in Florida and have over 12 years of combined real estate investment experience.  After successfully conducting business in Florida for years, and much analysis of the emerging market trends, both felt that Texas should be the place for their real estate investment business.  So, after almost a year of market scrutiny and numerous trips all over the United States, they decided that Austin, TX should be the new home for their real estate investment company.
