We provide investors with our years of experience and knowledge of real estate investing as well as the pre-selected properties that we have already analyzed & negotiated. Our goal is to reduce the margin of error for investors as low as possible. We accomplish this by looking at hundreds of deals each and every week to find only the best real estate investment deals in the Austin area. We analyze each deal personally, looking at the most up to date comparable sales in the Austin area, analyzing both properties that have sold and those that are on the market to determine a “realistic” after repair value for our properties.

Another great thing about Texstar Austin Realty is that we are 100% wholesalers. We do not compete with our investors by “cherry-picking” the most profitable deals from our inventory and selling the less desirable deals to our investors. Our specialty is analyzing and negotiating these deals for our investors, so our investors know their only competition is other investors. The majority of supposed investment real estate “wholesalers” out there are investors that directly compete with their clients, rehabbing the best deals and leaving the rest as wholesale deals for some unlucky investors. We don’t believe in competing with our investors and all of our properties are on a first come, first serve basis. There is no bidding or auctioning process on any of our properties. Each deal is priced to sell! The first investor to sign the contract and provide a down payment gets the house.

Our Inventory is only available to the investors within our network. Our deals are generally never listed on the MLS and can only be purchased by direct contact with one of our sales associates. We do not list on MLS because the price would have to be driven up to cover commissions and we strive to keep our prices as low as possible.
